Three Day Weekend

What did I do for Valentine’s Day weekend this year? I started my Saturday bright and early at the office finishing stuff up for this Buckchery Valentine’s Day contest. (You should go enter and try to win yourself a snowboarding trip to CA.)   Later in the day I went to an awesome boozy brunch Gerladine and Gurj at Thor.  French Toast and bellinis! It was delicious.

After that I hopped a bus to New Paltz and got dinner with my parents then met up with Meag for some Lychee sake . I also experienced a “Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots” drink.  Of course New Paltz would have a drink named after a Flaming Lips song. Anyway, who said Valentine’s Day can’t be fun when you’re single? I had a blast.

I’m still in New Paltz now,  I’m headed to Poughkeepsie in a bit to check out The In Crowd in the studio while they record some of their new songs. They rule.
